NovaPride Creator Program Guidelines
Here is how we keep collaborations transparent, safe, and joyful. It is not legalese—just agreements that protect you, your followers, and Nova.

You are an independent creator
Influencer partners collaborate as independent contractors—never as employees. Stipends, retainers, and affiliate payouts are program support.
- No employment relationship or employee benefits
- You set your own schedule and creative approach
- You can pause participation at any time
- You are responsible for reporting income as a self-employed creator (you will receive a 1099 if you earn $600+ annually)
Creative freedom with guardrails
We love your voice. To keep things safe and consistent, there are a few rules.
✅ You can:
- Share authentic stories about money, care, and community
- Use Nova assets, insights, and prompts in your own style
- Disclose sponsorships per FTC guidelines
- Give us feedback when something feels off
❌ Please avoid:
- Promise outcomes or give investment/financial advice
- Collect, store, or request followers’ financial information
- Sign contracts or speak to press on behalf of NovaPride
- Share unreleased Nova features without approval
- Post content for competing financial wellness brands within 30 days of Nova campaigns
Accuracy + transparency matter
Money conversations carry weight. We keep things honest.
- Use approved talking points for features, pricing, and security
- Flag errors or concerns before posting
- Include #ad or #sponsored at the start of captions—not buried in hashtags
- Disclose affiliate relationships clearly in video or caption copy
- Avoid fear-based or misleading comparisons
Content ownership + usage
You keep your creative rights. We simply ask permission to amplify your work with credit.
- You own every piece of content you create and can repurpose it freely
- Nova may repost or use your approved content in marketing with attribution
- We will always credit you when we share or republish your work
- Want something removed? Email us and we’ll take it down within 48 hours
Lead with community values
NovaPride is built by and for LGBTQ+ folks. Partnerships must reflect inclusive, respectful storytelling.
- Center marginalized voices and respect pronouns/names
- Keep comments and DMs safe—moderate when needed
- Do not tolerate discrimination or harassment in Nova-branded spaces
- Let us know if your community flags issues or safety concerns
Data privacy is non-negotiable
Creators never access private Nova accounts or financial data.
- Never request banking, login, or verification codes
- Send technical issues to [email protected]
- Use provided tracking links and dashboards only
- Store Nova assets securely; do not share kits publicly
We iterate together
Campaign requirements, cadence, and payouts may evolve as we learn.
- We’ll update you about changes as early as possible
- Creators may be rotated between drops to keep stories fresh
- Performance metrics help unlock bonuses—but we’ll share expectations up front
- You can exit the program if a change doesn’t work for you
